12. Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist with the carrier investigation where possible.
A package may not be considered lost until the carrier confirms loss or until a reasonable investigation period has passed.
Depending on the circumstances, Project Deployed may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and subject to carrier confirmation, insurance coverage, and applicable law.
13. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

14. Stolen Packages
Project Deployed is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package was marked as delivered but appears to have been stolen, please contact the carrier and, where appropriate, your local authorities.
We may assist by providing tracking details or shipment confirmation, but replacement or refund for stolen packages is not guaranteed.
15. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, product type, or carrier requirements.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
